Hotel Arrangement

One (1) King Bed Room/Suite. 

 

All hotel accommodations MUST be approved by Antwain Jackson or AJM representative prior to securing. The Host Organization is responsible for pre-authorization and coverage of all charges and incidentals, in conjunction with pre-checking all guest rooms for the duration of the stay. We request a representative from your Hospitality or Protocol Ministry to provide ground transportation to and from the airport, hotel, and church/ministry/event venue. *Failure to comply with the accommodation request may result in a loss of funds at the host's expense. 

Flight Arrangement

One (1) Southwest or Delta Comfort Flight for Antwain Jackson leaving from San Diego International Airport.

 

Flight Confirmation/Itinerary should be emailed to Info@antwainjackson.org.

 

To ensure proper routing, all flight arrangements MUST be approved by Antwain Jackson or AJM representative PRIOR to the booking of any flights. All local city travel will be treated as such, and will only require proper handling of in-house/day-of-event accommodations. (beverages, green room usage, product table access, etc.)  

 

If the host organization has secured a travel budget including all hotel accommodations and flights for ONE Assistant, Mr. Jackson will confirm the option of being accompanied by someone from his staff. The Travel Accommodations for ONE Assistant would include ONE Coach Ticket on Southwest or Delta Airlines and ONE Double Room adjacent to that of Mr. Jackson.  

Speaking Accommodations

We advise that the Host Organization is very clear about the request of services for this event. This will determine the required Speaker Fee for the engagement. 

SPEAKER FEE:

Preached Word - $1200.00

Leadership Training - $1500.00 (starting rate/some restrictions may apply)

A deposit should be sent to confirm the approved date for the Host Organization’s event. The booking date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.  

DEPOSIT:

A $500.00 deposit Must be paid via PayPal ONLY using email Presidingbishop10@hotmail.com.

*PayPal Deposit should include:

  • Host Organization Name

  • Date of Speaking Engagement

  • Direct Contact Name

  • Number of Speaker Manager

 

REMAINING SPEAKER FEE:

Final Balance should be provided to Antwain Jackson or AJM representative upon arrival at the venue. The balance will include the agreed amount FROM the Deposit fully based on the specific arrangement of the GUEST/SPEAKER position at the HOST EVENT as outlined in the above policy.

Cancellations

Events that have been on the calendar for more than 30 days and canceled at the request of the Host Organization, will forfeit their deposit. Events that have been on the calendar for more than 30 days and canceled at the request of the Host Organization, will forfeit all travel expenses. If the event is rescheduled, with mutual agreement between both parties, the deposit will be applied. If the event is rescheduled, with mutual agreement between both parties, travel will be credited to that date. However, the HOST will be responsible for change fees and the difference in fare when applicable.

 

If the host chooses not to reschedule, all travel expenses are thereby forfeited. We recommend that the host purchase full-fare tickets. If not, then the HOST assumes the liability of a coach ticket, in the event that changes have to be made. 

 

Events that are booked within 30 days and canceled, at the direction of HOST, are required to pay the deposit only. In the unlikely event that Mr. Jackson has to reschedule,  Antwain Jackson or AJM representative will do so as soon as possible; if the Host Organization chooses not to reschedule, Antwain Jackson or AJM representative will refund the deposit in full within 30 days of cancellation notice. 
 

Video Recordings

If the host organization records any footage of the event, please provide Antwain Jackson or AJM representative with any digital format of all media captured of the GUEST/SPEAKER during the time of the presentation. 
 

Advertising & Press

THE GUEST SPEAKER’S IMAGE, LIKENESS, and NAME MAY ONLY BE USED IN ADVERTISING ONLY ONCE THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL BY Antwain Jackson or AJM representative.

 

AT THAT TIME ONLY, SHOULD PRESS PHOTOS AND BIO BE RELEASED FOR PUBLIC USE.  

 

Antwain Jackson or AJM representative will provide Media Approved Images for all marketing needs.

 

NO OTHER PHOTOS MAY BE USED.

 

*PLEASE DO NOT OBTAIN PHOTOS FROM THE INTERNET OR OTHER SOURCES. 


 

Product Sales

Antwain Jackson or AJM representative may request the use of a product table at all events.

 

If a product table is needed, the Host Organization should provide (1) 6’ clothed/skirted table with 1 volunteer to assist Antwain Jackson or AJM representative to manage the inventory and selling process. Antwain Jackson retains all proceeds from product sales. All payments are processed with the payment portal provided by Antwain Jackson or AJM representative.

 

Host Organization is responsible to provide  Antwain Jackson or AJM representative with all shipping information and proper credentials needed for the delivery of any product for the purpose of sale at the event if requested to ship the products to avoid traveling with the inventory.

 

Day Of Accommodations

Antwain Jackson requests room-temperature bottled water (Essentia/Voss/Core). No specific requirements for food and or beverages beyond water. If meals are provided, preference includes light options: leafy green salads, fruit, snack bars, trail mix, etc. 

 

Host Organization is responsible for all ground transportation including, airport pickup, to the hotel, to the venue and all return ground movements from the venue, returning to the hotel, and departing travel/airport.
